Real Weather vs. Media Weather (created by: Alexis Wilson and Matt Salamoni, EAS undergraduate students)
While meteorologists and atmospheric scientists accurately display the weather, Hollywood and the media can tend to get it wrong quite a bit. Weather in media can range from being in movies, TV, video games, and social media.
Below are some examples of weather gone wrong in media. In your groups, try to find everything that is wrong with your media example regarding the weather. If you find something that is displayed accurately, make note of that, too!
